Buford Highway Farmers Market is a farmers market Atlanta located in United States.
5600 Buford Hwy NE (at Longmire Way) Atlanta , GA 30340 United States
I love this place, I'm Lithuanian and I found bunch of things from my country . Traditional European, Asian and etc. Come during the weekday when it's not that crowded . In so happy ????
Fresh produce , ethnic food specialties (esp. dried/frozen/canned Asian, East European goods). Discount bags of older veggies can be amazing value. Prepared foods hiding behind Asian aisles. ????
Nice organic produce section as soon as you walk in. Then, if time permits, browse the rest of the market , sectioned by country of origin. We spent most of our visit in the Jamaican aisle.
It has an Eastern European bakery & Russian Ice Cream . A true international grocery store , with a cheap and delicious food court , featuring Mexican, Indian, and Korean food , plus in-house baked goods .
Omg! These comments do not do justice. This is an International Mega Store. From Asian , Eastern European , South American , European , American foods and etc. Fresh fruit & Veggies ! Amazing!
It is the only one place where I was able to find Kaymak which is Turkish cured cream for Turkish breakfast . Sometimes they have, sometimes they don't so, ask the ladies working in the cheese section.
Best place we've found so far to buy cheap produce and try new things :) you could spend a whole day in there and not see everything! Parking can be crazy but worth it!
Don’t rest until you find the counter peddling fresh-baked pirozhki. The turnovers look a lot like the typical dinner roll , but these golden beauties are stuffed with savory meats and vegetables . Read more
Great grocery shopping experience! All sorts of food products from around the world. Love the wide variety of seafood
I love it here! From meats and veggies to herbs and tea , they have all my non-local needs and then some. The pricing is excellent as well .
Great spice table and good prices too. Fresh organic and non-organic vegetables and fruits . International food available as well . Definitely a good place to shop
The produce section is great for some items that are harder to find on the Southside. Good prices on some of the meat but be cautious with other prices- they are sometimes very high!
Have not been here for quite sometime and really missed coming here. The selection of produce and ethnic food is great! Will return more often now.
Selection, Selection, Selection...if you need it, they got it
great selection of fruits and vegetables but very expensive ... the best deal here will be on fresh meat and fish and a great deal on fresh herbs and spices
My husband and I love the place. Everything is extremely fresh and vibrant. We are able to pick up lots of fruits , vegetables , herbs and meat at very good prices.
The Russian food is to die for, along with the fish . The quintessential Atlanta experience!
Love come here and trying all the things from around the world! Always a great experience! Now i am addicted to the aloe drink i tried the other day!
Great place for picking up produce, meats, and seafood . Also love the imported goods area. Don't come here to pick up everyday items, that gets super expensive .
not exactly a farmer's market , but a regular supermarket with fresh food stock items, and multiple ethnic foods incl chinese, kor, jap, viet, thai, mex, american etc.. and many samples to try from too
Find in-house prepared staples like fried rice , kimbap , wings behind the Asian food aisles. These items get discounted around 6:30pm if you happen to be shopping in the evening.
I cant say that I like it better than the Dekalb Farmer's Market . They are very different from one another. But Buford has an awesome Asian foods section.
Best time to go is in the A.M. It gets crowded and parking is awful past 12 P.M. Great fresh fruit and veggies , live seafood and great deal on meats.
They finally opened up a cafeteria ! It's right by the exit. They don't let carts in though. After checkout, you can "park " your cart before you enter the cafeteria . Even better, eat before shopping!
A truly magical place. So much produce, so many international foods, and most of it well priced.
Get the soon dae, or korean blood sausage . It's so meaty and addictive.
Expect crowds. No1 is gonna help U find what U want/need. Wear comfotable shoes . Best time to shop is EARLY in the morning.
Awesome selection of seafood and treats from around the world. Try the freshly made dumplings !
Great selection of flavourful & exotic fruits , e.g. passion fruit & dragon fruit ; equally unmatchable Mexican & Korean pastries (American pastries are waaay overrated & sickening in comparison).
They have this French champagne on sale called Jacval for only $9.99 which was originally $15.99. Truly a steal!!! Stock up for the holiday season before it sells out.
This place has literally everything from every ethnic group in the Greater Atlanta area. From Hispanic to Asian, you name it.
Cheap freshest veggies and fruits from all over the world. Excellent seafood department. Really nifty rare finds
Excellent selection of produce! Make your way to the center of the market and try freshly made tortilla samples!
The fish and seafood section is really good. They also have sushi/sashimi grade fish .
while shopping: move with athority, don't hesitate, don't show fear, and PUT YOUR PHONE AWAY
Th first time you are here it can be overwhelming. Take your time to discover the entire store.
Be very careful where you park as break-ins are rampant. Make especially sure you don't park near the side of the building where it's darker and out of view .
FYI - Need to open that bottle of Jarritos? Go to the food counter near the exit. It's at the cash register. Find your int'l vice here. They've got everything from arepas to char siu bao .
Very wide and extensive selection of European, Middle Eastern and Asian products . Also has a wide variety of seafoods .
Something for everyone. Organized by nation. Great for lunches .
Alway check to see what price your wine rings up. A bottle rang up as $14.99 when the sale price was $10.99. Third time this has happened.
Think mega-store, not market . A must every time I make my Mecca to Atlanta. Food lover's paradise. The most accurate description I've heard is that if Buford FM doesn't have it, it doesn't exist.
It's my favorite store, in my opinion the prices and choices are far better than dekalb farmers market .
International foods , fish market and produce are the bomb
Be sure to check out the seafood selection . They sell live crawfish by the pound when in season.
International food . A "little bit" of everywhere from around the world. Love the fruit section.
What happened to its dark chocolate selection ? There is literally nothing in the Western Europe section and also South America section, and Africa ones.
Plan on plenty of time - so much to see!
The Ho Tuk is an amazing pastry in the back by the sushi .
Great selection of exotic veggies and authentic seasonings.
Excellent European Desserts: Crêpes, Poffertjes, & Deli Manjoo. - Dan Eckersley
Walk to the back for a heavenly surprise. Head to the counter, grab a Mexican Coca-Cola and order a mix of tacos and tamales. Tamales totally count as dessert, right? - AJC
This is a life saver if you’re slogging it out in the suburb called Atlanta. Fresh fish and produce. Isles of kimchee and soy sauce. - Le Lo
The bubble was the best. You can pick any drink off the menu and make it a bubble tea. Yum yum - Daina P.
Great sushi grade fish here. Also lots of fresh fish and meats at good prices. - Jamye G
My girlfriend says this is a really good Marshalls, if you can handle the screaming. - James Hsiao
Great prices and selection. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. - Andy Ainsworth
