One of the rare places in NY that serves Beluga vodka . Combine it with pelmeni (Russian dumplings ) and life is wonderful!
We loved the dumplings , zucchini pancakes , marinated mushrooms , and the smoked salmon and caviar with crepes were outstanding. Great cocktails too!
Make a reservation , and enjoy the Russian Table for two! The food is off the charts – order the Pelmeni , the Beef Stroganoff and Rabbit Stew . We’re coming for brunch soon!
Hi guys :) Travel back to old Russia with Mari Vanna's elegant décor , traditional Russian food , and smiling staff . Try their infused vodka and herring with scallions . The combination is divine.
This place is amazingly authentic . Everything from the pelmeni , the herring under a fur coat, the crochet doilies and the glasses that are perfect for both water and vodka .
Amazing Russian Food with plenty of fun entertainment. Order blini with salmon and red caviar , Siberian pelmeni , kotletki, you really can’t go wrong with anything. Tell them it’s your birthday ;)
A beautiful restaurant with a very fun, eclectic vibe. Be sure to order the vodka flights, the Pierogi , and the Chicken Kiev .
I'm not super familiar with Russian food , so cannot speak to the authenticity , but everything we ordered was delicious. Cured herring & pirozhok were great, but the horseradish vodka was the standout!
Excellent festive destination for groups. Selection of traditional Russian dishes and infused vodka . Doll house decor. Beef kebab is delicious.
As a Russian who grew up on Russian food , Mari Vanna is the only Russian restaurant that comes slightly close to what my mother cooks. Highly recommended.
According to my Russian friend, it felt like we were inside her grandma's home. Decor is really cool, and wait staff friendly . Very high quality and delicious food. The pelmeni are a must-order.
Must-go ~$35 Sun brunch w/ bottomless mimosas + AYCE buffet of Borscht , Blinis , Pelmenis & more (2-hr limit)! Mon-Fri $24 3-course PF Lunch is also a deal.

Try all of the appetizers , everything is very delicious and authentic . End your dinner with tea and desert .
Had a martini and some sort of Russian pierogi . Then ate stuffed cabbage for dinner . All the food was excellent. Great spot, with a unique vibe.
Come here for the ambiance, the food less so. It's a really fun ambiance (live music ), with kitschy decor. Potato salad and herring are misses; the borscht , tasty.
This is a super fun Russian spot. The decor is beautiful, they have house infused vodkas and an affordable Sunday brunch .
The food is great, especially borsh is just fantastic, music is loud , so it s good for big companies. The stuff sings birthdays songs like for their own friends :)
If you split the caviar and salmon blinis , pelmeni , and borscht between 2 people, you'll be golden.
I like the russian transplant - almost as good as the moscow (semi) original. Liked the pelmeni , the caviar , as well as the cocktails . Seems to be a bit of a pickup place, but did not really test it
The most adorable Russian restaurant ever - Russian newspapers as wallpaper, flower pots at the entrance, and wood backed dining room chairs. Feels like a life-sized dollhouse. Try the borscht !
We had afternoon tea with desserts . The design of the restaurant is wonderful. We had Medovik (honey cake ) and Napoleon , I recommend them.
Great place to go to for some delicious Russian food and fun atmosphere ! Fried potatoes with mushrooms tasted just like my Mum's! Need to plan my next visit there again soon.
Great Olivier, pelmeni , blini , etc. Get the Strawberry Smetannik and Grand Tea Pot for dessert . Also: cucumber & dill infused vodka .
Girly ambience with floral china, lace tablecloths, and even a pedestal for your purse ! Great cocktails pureed with fresh fruit (literally watermelon chunks floating in a melon martini !).
Love interior and atmosphere. Good food as well .

Thoughtful touches throughout - the interior, the dishware, the food. Phenomenal borscht . Cute restaurant .
Napoleón cake is to die for. Also the medovik is really good.
Great vibe, live music and people watching . If you're hungry, have a dumpling snack . But have dinner elsewhere
Don't go if you are Russian :) Do have their vareniki , very tasty. For brunch come starved as it's buffet - very filling, many options, great blini !
Infused home vodka , shuba and caviar . They play live music in the evening and the atmosphere is amazing!

Slightly overpriced, but pirozhki are amazing. Love the interior of the place.
My birthday pre-dinner. Absolutely loved it. Worth the hefty price tag.
The best Russian place in New York!!) AN AWESOME ATMOSPHERE! DELICIOUS FOOD!!!! Beautiful team:)
The cutesy décor sets an inviting mood for intimacy and the list of house-infused vodkas and specialty martinis will wow anyone - we recommend a carafe of the horseradish vodka . Read more
The flavored vodkas are great. Not too sweet, smooth, unique flavor combinations like seaberry and honey and pepper .
Adorable homey decor. Good wine . Be sure to get the smoked fish and chicken kotletki - amazing.
Being Russian myself, I discovered this traditional wonderful desert "smetannik" at Mari Vanna. The service was surprisingly friendly and correctly relaxed.
make sure you put salt on the bread ! and the napoleon cake is incredible here
Do not miss the pelmeni / dumplings and pirozhki. Also had the horseradish vodka and it was quite tasty.
The best Russian food in the city for a while now. Try pelmeni , mushroom soup , Salo plate
Loved this one just as much as the one in Moscow. Delicious food, definitely come here if you have time to spare, service can be slow.
The food is just so delicious and the service is exceptional. We had to wait a little extra for our food, but the waiter showered us with free drinks, even vodka shots, to apologize for the delay!
So good! Get the Napoleon cake and Medovik for dessert .
Very traditional Russian food . I loved the lamb chops .

Amazing pastry and snacks, original « , innovative and tasteful. The whole setting is gorgeous, but man, forget all about the teenage pop blasting, painful. - Noemie Wurtz
The large indoor space makes it excellent for groups. Good food and good prices. Plus, they're open 24/7. - Nas Benali
A secret burger place. It's a thing to go here. Come for lunch and ask for their burger. It is NOT on the menu, but they have it and it is EXCELLENT! So nice. - Sacha S
