This is such a cute breakfast/brunch spot. The food is good and there's free wifi which makes it a great place to catch up on work. The Belgian waffle is tiiiiny, but worth every single penny.

Great for a quick breakfast , order a latte and the Avocado Toast : citrus cumin salt, organic chia seeds and extra virgin olive oil .

Love eating here. Always get either the asparagus & goat cheese omelet or the avocado & tomato omelet , both come w/side salad . A general note, I ALWAYS get more food when dining in vs. Ordering to go.

Plenty of veg option son the main menu, but a surprisingly awesome selection of vegan pastries and desserts as well . Plus: Great coffee .

Great place for outdoor breakfast . The muffins are kinda meal-y though.

Get the Salmon omelette . It has beautiful layers of mildly cooked eggs and salmon . The best omelette I have ever had.

Finally a non-SBUX cup of coffee in Dupont that is both drinkable and consistent from hour to hour. They aren't really set up that well as a take-out coffee bar , but do it anyway.

Not as many choices in terms of drinks and bakery items than the Georgetown branch, but great nonetheless!

A good option for a snack if you are staying at the Fairfax Hotel .

They’ve stopped serving ham & cheese croissants for breakfast . This makes no sense at all!

Seats near the back right brick wall are nice and the salmon tartine is delicious. Totally still hungry though. Going to go get a hot dog .

Sounds silly to order cottage cheese at a bakery , but it is THE BEST ever (and probably nothing low-fat about it!)

The parmesan and Basil pesto omelette is fantastic, be sure to try an apple and pear turnover as well !

One of my favorite brunch spots in DC. Must have: bread basket or baguette with the homemade preserves and brunette (chocolate hazelnut ) spread.

just so u know the table is for dine in only and before I can even say anything he stormed off I will take my money else where. There vegan apple cannele was good tho! Too bad he ruined it for me!

Le Pain Quotidien isn't a truly French or Belgium bakery . It is just an regular place that overcharges for its average food.

Is it the only real bread in America? Make sure you try the brunette !!!

Great vegan options ! And the coffee is delicious, too.

Macha tea is yummy. Food has been fantastic in two trips for tomatoe avocado omlette and arugula salmon salad .

They don't toast their tartines . Gotta ask for it.

Horrible setup. You can't just order a drink and sit down; it's waiter service only and they will get your order wrong. Expensive too -- cup of cider was $5. Avoid.

Make sure you let them know if you are dining in or taking out , before you order. I ordered from take out and then tried to sit in the dining room. Had three waiters tell me I couldn't sit here.
