Killer Negroni and Guacamole Cocktail ! El Sótano is their signature cocktail for a reason. Be warned: the bar snacks include grasshoppers , but they’re good! Recommend the taco of the day and tacquitos
Get the bone marrow , then use it as a luge for shot of mezcal after.
