Enjoy a tasty selection of lunchtime sandwiches , fresh juices , + gelato at this NYC bodega inspired deli . Chef favourites are the California Egg sandwich and the turmeric-pistachio-cardamom gelato .
OMF'ingG. I thought I'd need to give up ice cream 'til my next trip to Rome, but this place didn't disappoint. It's as good as any gelato you'd get in Italy.
Coffee is just ok. I am yet to try the jelati which is the centre of all the buzz around this place & it will be Cardamom , Tumeric & Pistachhio (western take on Middle Eastern/North African Flavours)
The front façade is misleading. It is actually bigger than it looks from the front and stocks some great grocery items. The orange spiral staircase leads to a cheese room downstairs.
Gelato that reminds me of Italy, creamy and interesting flavours . Quite enjoyable indeed. Different to Messina.
Still one of my fav gelati shop in melbourne. Great quality with amazing flavours at a cute little sophisticated outfit.
Honey and macadamia ice cream was delicious! Strawberry gelato was also nice but a bit strong for my liking.. Still my new favourite ice cream place!
One of the few places to get a good coffee that’s still open on Sunday morning in this part of town ... they deserve respect for that.
Grab a cold pressed juice or some of their sorbet made here on site. Watch out for these guys later in the year as they open their cheese cave in the basement .
AMAZING gelato . I highly recommend the Salted Caramel and the Amaretto & Orange Zest , though I haven't really tried the rest..
Not as crazy sweet as Messina style gelati , concentrates more on quality and in-season interesting flavours . Also do coconut-based (non-dairy) gelati , and incredible sorbets .
delicious food and good quality groceries , must visit & don't forgot try their, salt caramel one is yuuum.
Fresh, not overly-sweet gelatos???????? Try their mandarin sorbet or roasted pistachio and cardamom flavour!
Best gelati I've ever tasted. Try a pistachio/hazelnut/white chocolate with bergamot combo. Incredible!
Go for the salted caramel and chilli gelato , a surprisingly good combination which your taste buds will thank you for.
Home of new gelato bar Gelateria Primavera. Ice cream and sorbet made by Italian gelati master, Massimo Bidin.
Best eaten in Winter! Dark chocolate fans will be pleasantly delighted here.
Very tasty gelato with an interesting array of seasonal flavours. Open till late.
Gelato was so good ricotta with olive oil and lemon and Sally caramel
The menu changes every night, but everything is excellent. Current favourite: raspberry & chocolate sorbet .
The sandwich bar is open and the rolls are rockin'. Try the fancy kangaroo fillet baguette , it will make your day!
Tried their yogurt mint orange it is unique & nice but I think they using lime , not orange .
The lavender flavour is worth a try :)
"Fish , peas , coleslaw roll" recommended by the Herald Sun
90c difference beaten coffee prices with next door @ the wine shop even though they're owned by the same people!
Gelato and dairy free chocolate options are great
Interesting gelato combo selection and a niche grocer inside
Go down in to the chilled cellar to get some amazing cheese .
Lovely cheese room , deli and coffee
Salted caramel + chili flavour was spot on, & fabulous, but I've had better quality texture elsewhere.
Great gelato and coffee . Loved, tick.
Everything is great here
The gelato is next level good ????
Fabulous gelato and great sandwiches
Go downstairs for an epic ???? selection
Gelato is great
Best gelato , EVER!
Extraordinary flavors.... Just FANTASTIC !
Best gelato in the CBD.
Pandan coconut sorbet is brilliant.
Must try watermelon with mint !
Try the chili salted caramel gelato
Try cardamom+pistachio gelato
Imported quality goods galore.
Ice cream !
Some adventurous flavors to be had here. Cardamom and roasted pistachios is my favorite. - Rouven Weßling
Jamon, cheese, chorizo, portuguese tarts, arapas, dried food, tinned tomatoes, it's a regular on my shops trail & reasonably priced! Shop local! - Anna Spanna
Excellent selection of wine, as well as a variety of gourmet items eg cheese, olives, cured meats etc - Karen Aubrey
Try the tuna niscoise, very clever interpretation, as well as the whitebait and you can't go past the lemon tart. Great wines. - Jess Ho
I like the whole venue the staff was super friendly & were lovely at assisting us. The only negative thing I can say was there was not enough leg room as my knees were touching the chair in front! - Warren François
