First if its nice out, grab a seat outside . Now if you have a huge appetite, the Summerland Ranch Hand will fill you up! The Orange Juice is super fresh if your thirsty.

One of our favorite stops when going out of town . Bill's Crab Cake Benedict is the bomb!!! Love it here- always have excellent service always. Busy on the weekends- but worth the wait :)

The fresh squeezed orange juice was so good the next time I pass through I might have to buy a ski mask first and rob the place for all it's orange juice . GIMME ALL YOUR ORANGE JUICE ! FRESH SQUEEZED!

The waffles are the hit at this excellent breakfast place. Inside or outside doesn't really matter - solid portions for a good price. Trucker breakfast style!

It gets crowded but a nice place to sit outside and have brunch on Sunday before returning back to LA.

Belgian waffles are the best! Try with strawberries and sliced bananas or with sautéed bananas and walnuts .. Yum!
