Hotel du Vin

The hotel bar is one of my fav places in Brighton. Great cocktails and a good beer selection (including a few Belgiums ). Staff was amazingly personable from the hotel manager to the waitstaff .

Current offer of a Sunday room for £20 if you spend £75 on drinks/food. Fantastic rooms (rainfall showers , decent coffee ) and delicious food. Well worth it!

Really nice food. However either the waiter is pushing you to order or ignores you. Meet mind. 10% is on the lower end for tips. Would come back, great wine selection .

Adored the place when we were there with my husband on our 1st anniversarry ladt year. It has a lovely athmisphere and yummy french cusine

Rooms very nice. My vegan breakfast was half of a small avocado , small baked tomato and a small portobello mushroom .. ridiculous

Amazing cocktails - ask for the full menu! Recommend the espresso martini !

Try their dry-aged steak at the bistro for lunch . It's delicious and definitely filling.

Pleasant enough ambiance, food tasty and priced about right for just off Brighton seafront

I loved being able to sit in the lounge with my drink before and after the meal! While you are eating you do not feel rushed at all and the food is lovely!!

Had a lovely late Sunday drink here. Lovely pub with great beer - and we got free pork pie !

Belgium Beers are top notch, though you pay through the nose for them!

Very nice list of Cognac available.

Cristal room is lovely, but can get noisy when the pubs and clubs empty.

Try the Monkey 47 gin . Amazing!
