Nice hotel . Clean and modern interior . Toilet is spacious consist of standing shower and bath tub . Overall good hotel to stay. Comfart and luxury !

Should try the all day dinning buffet , all the foods are great!!! The ice cream is the best of them all!!!

LOVE: room with many mirror, big bath tub , rain shower , nice smelling lotion, lavender therapeutic pillow , dumbell for in room exercise with yoga mat provided. Not so good: volume controlled tv ONLY

Did not get the room as was pictured in agoda. 1st hotel in its star that I did not like it's mattress as I cld not sleep comfortably. Bathroom with modern fittings that surprisingly came off easy.

lobby so cramped. ballroom and layout designed badly. not nice at all. food only so so and wait staff are not professional nor attentive. bad service.

Pretty modern rooms . Location is near to Kerinchi KJ18 LRT.

Please slow down your car when you are getting nearer to the hotel . Maybe about that 1km. The road corner might be too confusing.

Ballroom is hot and stuffy.. Not very comfortable for a dinner !

Parking is a nightmare . Guests needs to go 5 levels down , pass ill-parked vehicles belonging to other tenants.

4 stars hotel , but buckle up yourself with their negative 1 star service.No proper training on their unfriendly staff .Instead of PR, management keep throwing excuses to protect the untrained staff .

Haven't tried the buffet but the lunch set (fried Malay food) which we ordered does not taste right. Either too salty or too blend. Doesn't worth the penny.

Parking is a nightmare ...since most if the parking lot is still cater for TM staff ...
