Gisel is an awesome trainer ! She is a prenatal and postnatal expert! Love her and will continue to use her even after this pregnancy .
Considered a signature club , yet lacking a pool, steam room , basketball and racquet ball courts like all other signature clubs .
We you get your locker, make sure you check for keys or anything else. They will cut your lock off and leave your stuff unsecure.
If you'll be working out here for the first time, be sure to bring your own lock.
If your looking for a gym membership just come up and ask for Nate . Ill take care of you
Amazing group fitness classes . Especially Body Combat Wednesdays at 5:30!
The spinning classes here are awesome! A great way to lose weight
