Buttery heaven! Don't miss the frog legs for your entrée & the "brioche perdue au caramel " for dessert ! If you're having veal stew , order veggies on the side (e.g: green beans ) to make it even better
Beautiful decor. The food is traditional and probably overpriced, but it's fun to go for a drink and dessert after dinner or for hot chocolate in the afternoon. In the movie "Something's Gotta Give"
I was worried this was a tourist trap, but it is not! The service is flawless and the food is quintessentially French. I had the onion soup and the roast chicken , delicious! I would come again.
Excellent French food .. we ordered almost every french dish they have and it was good .. their dessert was also so delicious
Got seated next to the table used for Something's Gotta Give. Had the sole and salmon . Both were amazing and very buttery.
This is a picture of an empty bowl of onion soup because it was so good that I ate it too fast.
Friendly and smiling staff , lovely lobster and coffee . Great interior like what you want to see in Paris❤️
This is an empty bowl of onion soup because it was so good I forgot to take a picture before.
This brasserie is very tradicional. Try the onion soup or the foie gras . Wonderful!
The best onion soup in Paris. Try it! Don't take tea . They use tea bags for cups.
Very elegant restaurant with great flavours. The Chateaubriand was perfect. The staff very friendly and professional.
Onion soup , onion soup , onion soup . I think I am clear enough.
Escargot , goat cheese , stake, linguini . Everything was tasty and delicious.
Nice authentic place, French cuisine , nice owner, good wine card , good for a date
Classic French bistro but quality of food varies per plate. Oysters and lamb are normally very good
The Mussels Meunière and the Escargot .. service is top notch
Our local friends who live here in Paris recommend it. So, it's fame is greater than from just the movie shot here.
Châteaubriand , wine & profiteroles with hot chocolate ????
If you love seafood , this is your place! Try the lobster and oysters !
Stick with the classics! Oysters , onion soup , fillet and chicken !
Corner banquet table next to Diane Keaton is the best in the house. Excellent escargot , fruit de mer, calf liver !
Chateaubriand is spectacular. “A saignant” is a true medium rare - be careful!
Braised beef for sure. Onion soup wasn't as good as other tips have said. Great ambiance.
Amazing food! Try the beef with pepper sauce and the oysters !
Fois gras , chateaubriand . But make a reservation — you might not get in otherwise.
The onion soup is amazing. And the fish dishes are all very, very good.
Yes the onion soup is ...woo....good indeed. What else...plus free wifi ...
The atmosphere is great. It's just how you imagined it should be.
A-MA-ZING. As French as you can get. 9 out of 10
Onion soup a must, beautiful room. Be warned: steep prices
This one must be one of the best and oldest brasseries in Paris
Avoid,avoid,avoid-tourist trap!Interior nice, staff ok,however 100% overpriced.Menu of soup ,main dish and desert costed over 50EUR per person!!!Onion soup was tasty, but main dish was very small.
Food is amazing! All plates were delightful
Touristy BUT totally worth it for the roasted chicken and Onion soup .
If you can't get a reservation here, try their other location ... Le Petite Colbert. Decor isn't as nice. But, the food is comparable.
Great frog legs !
Nice place but I had the impression that I was not welcome there. Staff should be more welcoming especially with foreign clients.
Onion soup and crab !
No one can do it better than paris restaurant , really miss it...
A delicious approachable menu for the French-wary tourist .
Love their millfet
Amazing place, you don't want to miss the escargot , onion soup , the braised beef , the veal liver and the suzette crepes ! Must come if you are in Paris!
The menu is comprised of typically French brasserie cuisine which have been given a modern touch... Read more
Thought it would be overrated cuz it's famous, but the food was delish! Try "le boudin noir"
It's a trap. 50 eur per 3 beers , 1 water and 1 orange juice . They ask you if you want a beer before seeing the menu and then charge 11.80eur. The other food is overpriced for the quality offered.
Jazz night beautiful ambience
I mean it's in Paris....what else can I say?
One of the best dining rooms in the world!
Best restaurant in the world. I'm sure of it!
