Classic lobby with heavy gold-plated ornamentation at the ceiling and a beautiful oval crystal chandelier . #interiordesign
When you exit the T take the Church St. exit. It is closer to the hotel . Explore the back way via Brattle St. and see the old Radcliffe campus.
I avoided booking in past. Hotel has a god-awful neon sign on the roof, making it look low rent. But, it is a hidden gem hotel just a few blocks from Harvard Square, In a lovely neighborhood .
Spacious rooms and excellent internet for reasonable rates .
Dog friendly ! Bed/bowls avail on request, and received a free bone shaped dispenser w a roll of waste bags ????
Charming hotel ! Had dinner at restaurant- Steak Frites was delish! Beds are very comfortable ! Highly recommend it here!
Some rooms have amazing views . Old building with historical charm . Quirky rooms and small baths.
Room 532 has 2 bedrooms w/ queen beds, a conf table that seats 8, and lots of space; but the SMALLEST BATHROOM I've ever seen in a hotel suite! Very disappointing for one of their "best rooms".
Nice hotel but it still has the original elevators . Max two people can fit and the door is only have as wide as usual
Nice hotel , beautiful lobby
A clean/open restroom near Harvard square available in the lobby.
WiFi is pretty much constantly in and out. Comfortable , quiet , clean rooms . Most channels are not HD.
Brand new Sheraton fitness room on the first floor! Beautiful!
My favorite hotel in Boston ~ charming & fun location!
Front office is the best. The customer service is awesome!!!
Very chic backlit onyx bar in the lounge ... custom LED lighting and controls by GPI Design! (www.gpidesign.com)
Take the stairs. I'm confident these are the slowest elevators in the state
Decent hotel in a good location.

Known worldwide for excellence in slow-ass elevators !
Meh. Good location, I guess? Otherwise very forgettable. Dark rooms, dark hallways, small elevators . Bizarre dioramas.
Go to the sun deck on the 5th floor. It's through the fitness center .
Free ice cream in the lobby. What's not to love on a summer's day upon check-in?
Of you're 6'9", you'll be too tall to use the treadmill in the fitness room and too male to use the elliptical .
Try and use the stairs. The elevators are a disaster.
