Grass-fed ribeye ($36). After trying all their steaks , this & the Onglet are our favourites. Good balance of chewiness & not overly fat. Flavourful enough to eat on its own
Great wagyu steak
Fried Brussels sprouts ($14). Enjoyed the sweet garum caramel coating & toasted corners. Would order again
Preferred the Onglet ($48) vs the Picanha ($55). It was more tender & juicier. Don’t need sauce. The Picanha was suggested cos’ we had wanted a balanced steak but found it had too much sinew
Full-blood AU wagyu Denver ($65). Decent steak , but too fatty & more-than-tolerable amount of sinew to enjoy
Shoestring fries ($10). U can get them original (just salted) or some truffle aroma
Signature tiramisu ($14). More creme chantilly than sponge cake (they didn’t use sponge fingers)
Compared to the Onglet ($48), this Picanha cut ($55) was tougher to chew, & had quite a bit of sinew. Better with sauce
Bordelaise sauce ($4). We found it too salty. Actually, the steak servings were enjoyable on their own
Their carafe serves just under 3 glasses
Cream spinach ($14). Pretty average

Ok, but nothing special. Meat was tender, done correctly, but I prefer grassfed to grainfed. Sides are small for $7 a pop. Service is lacking. For a $41 total (no drinks) it was ok at best. - Jenya S
