Very large store with decent prices. Salespeople were very friendly , but the store is kinda hidden inside this mall that doesn’t have any signs indicating where the heck it’s located.
There's way too much here and I only come when I really need something -- TV , stereo, etc. Today was the first time an employee came up to me to help. A first!
No public restrooms . They have restrooms , but unlike most locations, this one won't let customers use them AT ALL. Got told to go upstairs to Target. That's fine, I can buy what I need at Target too.
Looking for WiFi , Bluetooth, speakers? Do your homework, first; everyone will just try to sell you "Heos" and they don't have any valid reason why it's better than Bose, Sonos, Harmon, etc.
The iPad 3 is coming out by Friday -- so the iPad 2 will be Chaeaper! Go for the wifi only model -- cheapest

Look for what u want before on the internet. Check reviews cause those guys dont know nothing. They are fooling around or chatting on their cells. Good stuff there but customer service sucks.

Most horrible service they have is their customer service. Each person who works there have their own set of warranty/return policy. One lets you do this abd another,doesnt. Wtf, stick to the book .
Employees are perpetually pissed off, and merchandise returns take a very long time to process.
No bathroom in this...big store...in a...MALL...-_-
