Contrary to some of the other reviews on here, I found Lucky Chan to be a good experience. Staff were attentive and the food was great. We had Yum Cha lunch and it was very reasonably priced.
Crispy skin chicken is excellent as are the spring rolls . The hovering staff will drive you nuts . Don't rest or someone will be taking your plate.
Better, cheaper dim sum available elsewhere in Melbourne. Why eat here unless you're gambling at the casino ?
Try the Pan-fried red bean puree pancake for dessert . Delicious.
Fried squid is the best
The worst yum cha experience I've had. Two mostly empty carts went by my table in 30 minutes and when asking for more was completely ignored. Choose one of the other half-dozen Chinese options here.
Taro sago dessert is good. Try if you like taros .
We ordered a steamed fish without asking about the price - it cost us $300! So be careful what you order...
Over-priced, small portions, unusual flavours for standard dishes and staff that hover if you linger after finishing your meal.
Over priced!! $6 for a Coke Zero is robbery - sad when it is cheaper to get a soft drink from the mini bar at Crown Metropol!
Not overly impressed
service was terrible. food was average. not worth the price.
Very disappointing experience. Food terrible, staff not interested, no smiles, rude. Will never return.
Bad service because you didn't order expensive seafood . Kthxbye
wake up! wake up! are all the staff here asleep?
But with really bad services.
No flavor! Service awful! Never again!
Marginally better prices than other cinemas in the CBD. The seats are generally clean and comfortable. The Crown labyrinth one needs to go through to get to the cinema stops me from returning - J
If you want the Asian specialties for brekkie, just write it on the breakfast card. Chicken congee here is divine. Tender chicken, perfect bread stick & fresh chilli & soy on the side. - MikiRei
LUUUUURVE this place!! Awesome Wontons and Shao Long Bao, delish all round and fantastic service!! - Annora Farstad
Amazing dumplings. Much more flavoursome than Din Thai Fung - Aaron Wallis
Everything luxury you can ever find, and casino too! Otherwise you can also walk by the Yarra river or have some refreshing drinks by the river - Yohan Gabriel Liutama
Variety of delicious desserts, nice coffee. Amazing outside sitting area. - Sally Jacob
Love the Homemaker Centre. Great for those who live inner city. No need to go to the burbs - all the furniture, homewares & electrical stores are here. - J WongNumber
