5 people walked past my daughter and I, none of them asked if I needed help. When I finally got help, the guy who helped me was extremely rude and unprofessional. I didn't even get what I came for.

Be really careful what you buy here. The low prices are enticing but a lot of items are really low quality

Not happy with the customer service -- went in to find a new bed and chair - not one person asked if I needed assistance and it was empty of customers. Not a happy camper!!

Customer service here sucks. No one will walk with you around the showroom just point in a general direction.

Customer service is terrible. They will not hold furniture over 7 days even with full money cash payment.
