The location is accessible to the beach and all the shopping shops and restaurants . We got upgraded to the royal suite which was huge for us as a complimentary from the hotel .

Great haven in the middle of the madness that is patong. Although in the middle of all the action the impiana manages to get away from it all.
the location of this hotel is the reason I booked it, comparing to the price I think it's fair . but you don't feel the hotel is clean enough, I found dark spots on the towels + the rooms leaks privacy

Rooms by the pool are the best. Doors open onto great pool and beach 20 meters away. More expensive but worth it.
Best location in patong for everything
avoid this hotel , I had to stay here due to the location and availability of rooms. I stayed in this hotel for 14 nights I totally don't recommend it at all!!
