I'd highly recommend the Chicken & Waffles with Mac & Cheese and Sweet Potato . The corn bread is also amazing. You should come here if you're looking for superb food, though it is slightly pricey .
Dank Chicken and Waffles with wonderful pairings of mac and cheese and white gravy . The bacon wrapped dates are a must as well as the beignets . This place reeks of culture that we all desire.
reserve in advance or wait for a seat at the bar . mimosas . chicken and waffles (w mac and cheese and cucumbers as sides)
Blueberry buttercake pancakes are enormously good! Soft, juicy, delicious! Eggs breakfasts are also tasty and big. Chai latte and espresso are very good. So it was a top notch breakfast , 10 out of 10.
Best restaurant in DC. Great food. If you don’t want to wait for table you can just sit by the bar (first come first served). Had a great time there and the bar man was really nice.
Amazing place. Great cocktails , food, and dessert . I had the Land and Sea, which was an 8oz filet perfectly cooked with a delicious crabcake . For dessert I had the carrot cake with ice cream , amazing.
We really enjoyed our large family dinner at founding farmers. The food was great, the portions were large and the staff was friendly . The fried green tomatoes are delicious!!
For fancy pants. Huge selection of alcohol ... all kind. Just ask your drink as you wish. Good food made of fresh local ingredients . All meal made from scratch daily. Kids friendly .
This place is the BEST. Make sure you book a table as there is always a wait on the weekend. The stuffed French toast is to die for. Would recommend sharing though as it’s so filling
Had the dark&stormy and the the avocado bacon burger . Amazing!! I was only in the city for a few hours and the experience was wonderful, service was quick, and the wait staff was amazing! Thanks you!
We had to wait an hour and a half for a table at 6:15pm on a Tuesday, but oh the food! Soo delicious. And the service was wonderful! Very kid-friendly too. We loved it!
Bloody Mary was one of the best combinations of spices I've ever had and the strawberries and cream stuffed French toast was to die for! To top it off they were so accommodating for a large group! ❤️
The farm breads come in batches of three, loaded to the brim with goodness. They're a perfect way to stave off the monster hunger that hits when you start scanning the menu.
Best place to eat at in the region. Absolutely loved it! Had the Farmers special (9/10), a must have. Price is reasonable depending on what you order. Place can get packed really fast.
Notice that breakfast finishes at 11am. Great place for dinner . Loved the sea food Pasta , corn bread , cucumber delight cocktail and the Farm Faizy. Great service, make sure you make a reser
Great spot for brunch ! I highly recommend RSVP beforehand since there is always a line . I highly recommend the chicken & waffles ! But you can't go wrong with other items on the menu.
Most of the menu is great! Chicken and waffles are a classic here, but the pastas are also good. Pictured is the Goat Cheese Ravioli .
Rather than wait over an hour for seating, try the open bar - first come, first serve! You can order from the menu there too! Can't go wrong w/ the Eggs Benedict or the chicken waffles + Mac & cheese .
Just an all around unbelievable place. Any and I mean ANY appetizer you choose won't disappoint. Lobster Mac & Cheese and the salmon are to die for. Incredible drinks as well . Don't miss this place!
Great breakfast menu with decent (for DC) prices. Breakfast chicken & waffles were great. No alcohol before 10 on Sundays in DC so we couldn't sample their brunch drinks .
First time here (FINALLY!) and was thoroughly impressed with the stuffed French toast ????. Will be must have for brunch when I come back; that or the ever popular chicken and waffles .
Cucumber cocktail was delicious. Got the mousse for two for dessert and was very large, but very good. Liked the fried green tomatoes and devilish eggs .
Best place for breakfast and brunch . Don't miss the strawberry and cream stuffed french toast . No way on earth you will taste such a great one but in this place.
Good prices for good food and great service. Get the cucumber cocktail and start off with the corn bread with hand made butter and honey . Make sure to reserve a seat because it is always busy!
The pot roast tastes as if your American grandma had made it. Very hearty and full of flavor. The beef in it was tender as well . Try the cocktails , bartenders know their game. Place always packed.
Always busy and there is a waiting line "for sure". However, it's worth going there. Also, please try thier French toast that filled with cream and ask for tow over hard eggs . It will make your day ????
Great place for dining and drinking . The meatloaf was amazing. Various options and non of them disappoint!
Beets in the Red Flannel Hash were cooked to perfection. Get the Ciabatta toast , dip it in your egg yolk , and your palate will be changed forever. Make a reservation , but definitely worth the wait.
Their beignets are absolutely delicious ???????? They're a must if you have room for dessert . ????????
The best take on American cuisine we've found so far! Tasty, fresh! Bacon lollies , fried green tomatoes - amazing appetizers . Goats cheese burger and chicken and waffles will rock your world!
fantastic food and cocktails ! We had chicken pot pie , crab cakes , everything was super delicious. For cocktails , The Clementine , Organic Cucumber Delight and Islay Swizzler were all so cool!
Had the Salted Crusted Prime Rib and it was amazing. The Red Velvet Cake for dessert was worth it. Best food I had in a long time!
The pictures of this place do not do justice to the quality and taste of the food and all dishes are great. Highly recommend the Brie and apple bread or Pot-roast.
Really enjoyed the chicken & waffles with kale side and the corn bread on a skillet . Can't go wrong with the fan favorite. Split it between two people and you'll have a happy heart and stomach.
By far I would consider it one of the best breakfast and brunch location in DC???????? but try to make a reservation before you come because it can be crowded during the holidays.
One of the best meals I've ever had. Pork chop and mashed potatoes were phenomenal. Mousse for two was delicious and our Bartender Holiday made us some incredible drinks!
Make sure you have a reservation ! You'll still likely have to wait a bit, but it's worth it. Popcorn , fried green tomatoes ,&mac n cheese are all awesome. Plenty of vegetarian & vegan friendly options!
chicken and wafle is a must! and banana with peanut butter on bread is soooo yummy its a shared appetizer .
I suggest ordering a selection of appetizers & skipping the main course. If you do want a suggestion for dinner , try Mahi Mahi prepared Napa Provençal style with capers , olives , cucumbers , red onions
My all-around favorite restaurant in DC. Excellent food and fun crowd. Not always easy to get reservations but the bar spots are great if you snag one. Top notch dishes and apps!
The best brunch EVER. Corn bread(smother it in butter please), chicken and waffles , toast with marshmallow spread and peanut butter , bacon lollies , literally any cocktail and your life is complete

Don't forget to make a reservation - enjoy the fried chicken and waffles (It's boneless ! Mankind's greatest advancement of the century). Get the beignets too.
Everything tasted great. Goat cheese burger and the chicken soup were fantastic. Service and decor were perfect.
Try this to start if you can't decide what to get for appetizers - Smears, Dips And Table Breads - Romesco sauce, green goddess dip , pimento cheese spread
Make a reservation if possible—this place is always packed! Also, parties are not seated unless all members are present.
Get the beignets ! They're light, fluffy, and moist and you're going to want to order more!
Great selection of typical dishes with very good prices. Dinning room looks great and staff is very friendly .
This place is phenomenal. Bacon lollis , crab cakes , farmer bread w prosciutto , grilled cheese , deviled eggs ...Chelsea Manhattan and Celebration Ale . Holy F if this was my last meal I'd be cool.
