Amazing taste, wine list , staff and all that remains! Wine book was 2 cm thick and the sommelier seemed to know every line of it! I still can taste that outstanding lamb and petit fours !

Unique and adventurous combinations that are well executed and overall successful. Beautiful presentation and gorgeous ingredients. Turbo with porcini , pork belly and scallops were all standouts.

Traditional degustation is spot on. Veal tongue was a highlight, as was the lamb rack . Trust the somalier advice on wines . Another bulls eye.

Amazing tasting menu , precise, inventive, surprising. Deserves it's Michelin star completely. Perfect service.

Condensed milk , espresso jelly and Baileys ice cream was one of the best desserts that I had in my life.

Eating this close to the Vatican, you’ll never look at Italian chain restaurants quite the same again.

Cena meravigliosa, la cucina della chef é fuori discussione, livello top. Un sacco di chicche (cuore di vitella , olio in spuma , salsa al pop cop corn ) da provare in un ambiente moderno e raffinato!

Su Glass splende la stella (Michelin) della grande chef Cristina Bowerman che crea meravigliosi piatti inventivi, stupende vertigini del gusto, armonie sapienti.Fantastica lista dei vini .Imperdibile.

La mano sicura di Cristina Bowerman su una delle cucine più interessanti della Capitale. Prezzi consoni all'altissima qualità, ma inaccettabili i ricarichi della carta dei vini .

La cosa che colpisce entrando al Glass è la sensazione di trovarsi in un teatro . Ma non tanto per il quoziente di celebrità che lo frequenta, quanto per il livello dello spettacolo culinario.

Manzo marinato nella sangria , raviolini al parmigiano 60 mesi e agnello al sumac strameritano.

Fantastica la tartare di carne , anche se lo chef non la vorrebbe più proporre! Ho provato molti ristoranti del genere, questo è per ora il migliore!
