Takashimaya

My favorite department store in Tokyo. Has a wide variety of gourmet food section of ready made food and desert . They have good discounts if you go after 6:30pm.

Beautiful high end department store . The bottom has a really nice food court with many fancy dessert places. I got an eclair

Great selection for men. Solid desserts downstairs (sup KitKat bar ). 5% discounts on 3000+Y items for foreigners along with tax refund—you're gonna need those as the clothes are expensive .

When in Tokyo we looked for Japanese fashion designers and found Hanae Mori , Jun Ashida and Hiroko Koshino designers. All tastes we different but elegant.

Classic Japanese Departo. Great selection at the depachka and restaurants on the top floors. The housewares department also has high quality sake glasses, etc.

Big dept. store, kinokuniya book store , the hobby and alternate stuffs Tokyu hands store also in the same complex tax refund is on the 2nd floor, you'll get a hello kitty pouch as the refund's back

Small mall with good Restaurants , dessert at the underground floor.

Very fancy 10 floor designer goods shopping mall . Do yourself a favor and use the escalators instead of the elevator .

One of the nicer takashimaya in town . Has pretty much everything you would need.

Very big Takashimaya location. Each floor is split into men's and women's sections.

If you have a foreign passport you can get a discount card that gets you 5% off some shops.

Disney store is on 9th floor

Their smoking room is on the 14th floor. The map indicating the smoking area on the third level points to the Cova cafe , in which there is a smoking section.

意外に知られてない紀伊國屋書店 との地下連絡通路の存在。これを使えば、西新宿駅まで地下通路で行けます。あ、数ｍだけ外に出るか。

他の新宿のデパート に比べて、混雑していないというか、スペース的に余裕あるため、そこかしこでスーツケースを広げたり商品を開封したりの、あまりお行儀よくない姿を見かけることも。

休日は駐車場 が非常に混むので、特別な優待とかなければ、提携してる隣のミライナタワーなどに駐車したほうが早いです。

土曜の丑の日で14階 の「ふきぬき」うな重いただきました。素晴らしいお味に感服❤️また必ず伺います。

土曜日なこともありロッカーはどこもあいていません…が2階 のクローク様は受け入れてくれます。何度利用させていただいたことかしら。

地下食料品 売り場10時から14時の間でお弁当 ・お惣菜 500円買うごとにスタンプ1個15個で粗品がもらえる。
