The best Italian food I've ever had! Thank you Scott Conant ! I had the Short Rib Agnolotti , delicious. Also tried the Spaghetti , Tagliolini, Duck & Foie Gras Ravioli , and the Bomboloni for dessert !!!
Black cod can't be missed .. they have a signature tasting menu too with 7 different items and cost around 110$ PP ,add 45 for pairing wine if you want .. try to book a table with the fountain view
The tasting menu & wine pairing is a must do. Be careful not to eat to much of the bread and mascarpone butter, otherwise you'll have a hard time finishing.
Pair Arancini with a Grapefruit Gimlet and other Italian small bites for $7 each during The Social Hour, Mon-Thurs from 5:30-7pm.
The alcove banquettes along the right side are open to walk-ins anytime... If you want to chill place that's pretty romantic at a moment's notice... just saying
Pair your savory dish with a selection from the expansive wine cellar , emphasizing vintages from Tuscany , Piemonte and Lombardia, as well as delicate blends from France and Spain.
Take an amazing chef , add a vegetarian/vegan menu, and what do you get? Scarpetta! Ask for the vegetarian menu and try the signature spaghetti or any of the seasonal items . Delish.
Duck foie gras and uni Dungeness crab tagliatelle were amazing. Great views of the Bellagio water show as well
Good food. Can get cramped and really loud when it's crowded . Creamy polenta is wonderful. Short rib agnolotti is heavenly.
Pair your meal with an exquisite vintage of Poli Barrique grappa for a truly authentic mediterranean dining experience.
Amazing "Duck & Foie Gras Ravioli ", and as a dessert an absolutely delicious "Toasted Coconut Souffl é".
Indulge in the seared sea scallops with sunchokes & roasted porcini mushrooms . Or try the delectable Sicilian-spiced duck breast with preserved orange , root vegetables and caramelized endive.
Go for the gusto with an indulgent order of duck and foie gras ravioli , served in a rich marsala reduction.

Duck raviolis are amazing!! The short rib pasta Is delicious too!
The spaghetti is a must get - it's simple, yet perfect
Spaghetti , $24: By now, you might have heard of Scott Conant’s famous spaghetti at Scarpetta. The house-made pasta is simple, but doesn’t disappoint.
An Italian expression that means “little shoe ,” or the shape bread takes when used to soak up a dish, Scarpetta represents the pure pleasure of savoring a meal down to its very last taste.
One of the best in Vegas. Our server (Christian) was OUTSTANDING! Food was incredible. Don't miss this.
