Very nice staff . Fresh and new rooms. Everything is clean and good-looking. Place is top????Little finish sauna and vaponarium. Terrace with swimming pool with a view on Sevilla downtown.

If you book with this hotel direct via Melia website you get 20 euro per day to spend at the bar . We used this to enjoy free evening cocktails each day of our stay. A very nice touch.

Good location and friendly staff . However the room service food is so awful I wouldn't even give it to my dog! Try the romance suit, it has a hot tub in it though ????

NO ESTÁ A LA ALTURA. Sres en la habitación 204 deberían ustedes con las llaves dar una linterna , lamento decirles que tener habitaciones con esa iluminación NO ESTÁN A ALTURA

Very nice palace with amazing history. Plan at least 4 hours to explore it and enjoy it properly. Spend some time in the gardens. Listen to water. Smell the jasmine. - Lejla H
Mocked by staff, very hostile environment. We were enjoying our meal but were harassed by a regular customer. The staff refused to help the situation and mocked us. I do not recommend this place. - Meg Graham
