Meatball & pepperoni Fettuccine Sucks, even hawker stall taste better, same goes wit Mushroom Soup , Do not order any other than the Pizza (cz it's source delivered)

This one cawangan have too many complaints! Slow servers, no stocks for promotional products (if u come on Wednesday, they will give reasons why they don't have the pizza u wanted).

Terrible! Bad service. Choice of food not as per menu. Free meals for kids as advertise is just a gimmick. When u want to order they tell u its not available. ECM pizza hut sucks!!

Very slowwww service. Nak duduk tempat lain, dia tak bagi. Katanya meja tu tutup. Padahal pinggan sudu sume da serve. Dia suh duduk meja kosong yang lain. Punya la kosong kedai takde orang padahal.
