Accessible to many, this is one of the major wet markets around the metro. Deals here are cheaper compared to other wet markets .
Vegetables are very cheap and a lot of fish or seafoods variety. Just don't buy any meat products here since balinatawak is known for BOTCHA meats.
Cheap and fresh finds. You just have to be very meticulous of what you buy whether its veggies or meat.
better wear boots when doing market here if you don't want a sticky feeling on your feet. (eww...)
Be careful on buying meat products . You might end up buying bocha meats
there will be Traffic jam just for that area..
Not a terminal but you can wait for a bus . Just be careful for a pick pocket. Your backpack must be frontbag :-)
Keep an eye of your belongings.

Beware of pickpocket. Avoid riding colorum bus - they stay too long.
May tawad kung butal ang binili. Makakabili din ng fresh na isda, buhay pa nga ung tilapia . Mas okay mamili kapag gabi, presko at kaunti ung namimili..
Definitely mura ung gulay at fresh pa sila. Dapat marunong ka lang pumili. Mababait pa ung mga na encounter kong mga tindero at tindera.
Dito grabe ang traffic! This is the market na hindi nauubusan ng watermelon !!!
ma kyawti here. pwede ba idevelop din ng ayala or smcd itis? hahaha
It's P30 if you buy oysters by the kilo, but if you buy those by the rice sack (50kg), it's just P600! With those fresh, huge and good quality oysters, consider it a steal! Oh, there's cheap uni, too! - Hannah Reyno
