Wow! Impressive whr they have done to UE3 previously! There's a certain standard being set here.. Just need to drive people here coz it's mostly furniture ... Ideas for home tho!

Most of the outlets is about home furnishing. If you are looking /prefer premium brand/quality this is the place. Bit expensive but worth it

Had a smooth time here as the crowd is much lesser than other malls . This place is so user-friendly that will definitely make us frequent it in the future:) Cool place ^^ entrance is a bit hidden tho'

A place for family and couple's home essentials, quite empty if you are looking for a place to eat. To this date, i buys thing here and eat at other place. Not a place to hangout with friends.

They just built three humps on the road in front of the main entrance. As there is no clear sign pointing to them, unsuspecting fast motorists could have their car suspension damaged! Bad Viva Home!

Been here last 2 mths ago, nothing much but now full of fashion stuff. Cage shop in front of FOS sell lots of cheap accessories , T-shirt in FOS is cheap , RM45 for 3 pcs. Cute doggie stuff in cage shop

Speed bumps in front of mall is too high.. management should look at the number of scratches on it!! Are they even built according to the correct standards??

Sometimes this place can be quite quiet . Most of the time I came here for lunch , not really for shopping, unless there is event .

The basement car park is pitch dark at night without any lights !
