Staff didn't unrstnd neither Malay/English ==" siot betul . hazelnut coffee too sweet for normal people maybe ? Ouh tapi yang best sangat banyak kerusi empuk n spacious .recommended for lepak 5jam !

This time i ordered this. Turn out to be a bit spicy but nice. Add on the fried wanton .

Half boiled eggs were excellent but they can more generous with the butter in the toast...dun let the menu fool u....fyi for illustration purposes only....service ok

Nasi lemak and fried mee hoon delicious. The originality white coffee still from old town . Ohh yeahh

Definitely love their dinner set here! And of course, their sofa seats are most recommended.

Its always an issue with all OTWC.. You sit there for more than 10 mins and still no one come serve you. My over 30 times experiencing this.. End up the manager or the supervisor will come serve you.

very very disappointed. the chef cant even differentiate a half boil egg vs boiled egg . and tom yum mee hun cook mixed up serve me claasic mee hun mix tom yum paste. obvious quality control here.

Very slow! I waited half an hour for an ice cream . I told to the waiters two times and nothing happend. At last I went directly to the counter and asked them to bring that!

To the owner of this Old Town franchise, please train your staff !!!

Old Town , as usual. Nothing much of mral choices to choose from. Tiny portion food, lame tasting, bad value for money foods.

Didn't state biz hrs, upon asking is open, we sat down at 10.30am. Captain shouted at us saying they open at 11am, suggesting we walk out. Bye bye Old Town and that's forever... What customer service!
