Great movie selection. Parking can be tough and store is usually crowded . Employees are generally helpful and nice.

My car was towed while having them install a stereo. It was parked behind their building and the towing company hired by Waterford Lakes towed it away. It cost me $400 in impound and towing fees.

If you want to hear great comedy , spend some time in the photo section listening to sales people advising customers. A little training please!

Better than the east colonial location has a decent selection of media and etc. employees seem to care and shoot you straight. Wish I could say this about other locations.

They do not greet you like the Best Buy near my house, but the overall store was average. The employees don't really interact with you, unless you have a question, even then, they aren't enthusiastic

They will price match any video games as long it's from any local stores such as Toys R Us, Walmart, etc...

Tough time getting help.Two guys helping one man. I had to politely interrupt them for help. I kept showing them my "deer in headlights look" but they ignored me initially. Not so customer oriented.

Employees suck here. Dont tell a customer one thing and it not be true. Cs girl scanned my return, grabbed a gift card, and tossed it in my direction as i was asking a question. Nate wasnt any better.

They need to quit changing how you check in for geek squad.

Customer service is terrible. Sent me Order Ready for Pickup email but when I show up the items aren't ready. Also, don't reserve iPhones here. It will take hours to complete the sale on pickup date.

Poor customer service. Associates too "busy" to help you. Was going to but two televisions and a bluray. Went to Target got a better price and better service.

2nd time they do this.. Best buys like these is the reason they r going out of business
