All of the groomers there are pretty nice. Ask who is best with your friends dog breed and you will get an honest answer... And a groomer who enjoys the work she is doing.

The grooming area is in the front so it's much more accessible than other PetSmart locations I've visited.

I always see very friendly customer service oriented employees at this store. Not sure who others are referring to but maybe someone had a bad day? I frequent this store and never a bad experience.

They are way to rough with the pups. I have seen them hit the dogs on the head. Never go there if you love your pup. Peace !

I specifically told them I did not want my dog shaved and they did; I called them twice to ensure that her hair would only be cut. The groomers name was Daisy, please make sure you do not use her.

Make sure you bring your tags for your dogs, or the groomers wont even look at them.

Monday and webeaday evenings are the slowest... Go in for a nail trim at that time if you want to be seen quickly.

Bad service at pet hospital , they don't respect arrival time and even lied to me saying i didn't have an appointment (I could see my name from where i was standing).
