Modern and stylish cafe bar serving an excellent range of real ales and craft keg beer .

A fair bit more seating upstairs so don't be put off if it looks too crowded downstairs. They always have at least one interesting beer here, and they serve espresso with a glass of water (hurrah!).

A lovely little oasis of calm just a short walk from New Street Station. Real ales and the like (if that's your thing), served by polite staff . Great for afternoon drinks.

The breakfast is exceptional. Best I've had in the city centre by a long way and an absolute bargain price .

A rare example of a bar where you can go with friends and still have a conversation, even on a Friday or Saturday night. Try checking upstairs if it looks busy.

Like going for a drink in someone's living room (slightly less so than the kings Heath bar , but still very cosy!) lovely place.

Nice for studying, amazing ambience on the upper floor, feels like home! All their desserts are pretty tasty!

Tip for the owners: Maybe don't put 2 stools by the bar if you don't want people sitting there when it gets busy & them getting completely crowded by other customers & served over. Really awkward!

Sorry I thought it was rubbish, the bread was stale, my wife's cup had lipstick on it,the room had a bad draft going thru it, none of the crockery matched. I would not go near that place again
