I've really tried to like this place&support it instead of the chain across the street but every time I've been here the personnel is rude&indifferent at best!This is the fastest way to lose customers

If Smallman Street Deli is too far and you're craving some matzo ball soup , the soup here is cheap and not too bad. $4 gets you a big bowl and a bagel !)

This Pittsburgh chain has a huge selection of items: bagels , sandwiches , omelets , soups , and even burgers ! They brew Coffee Tree Roasters, too.

Start nearly every morning getting a bagel after my morning job. $3 gets a cream cheese bagel to stsrt my day. And in warmer times, would sit at the porch and enjoy the sun.

They'll give you discounted refills on coffee and tea if you ask really nicely

Only one power outlet upstairs (hallway), the wifi is merely adequate, and the staff can be a bit incompetent. On an order, they asked us once, "How well do you want your chicken cooked?" Um..

Good bagels . Decent espresso . Friendly staff

The chicken soup with matzoh balls is amazing.

If you have time to kill, the bagel factory in squirrel hill (on Forbes) is much, much better.

Not so great, asked cashier what was the difference between two burgers , she starred at me like a deer in headlights, then picked up a menu, opened it, and shoved it in my face. Not professional!

This place is awful! Ordered scrambled eggs for my kids and chopped eggs . The coffee was terrible and the nova lox bagel was extremely tiny. Avoid at all costs!

Wheat everything+ light veggie cream cheese . Cannot go wrong!

The baristas here have attitude, and they are amazing for that reason.

For some reason, I keep going back. The food and coffee is fine, but I'm not sure that they've ever given me what I ordered.

Dry burgers , long waits , and slow WiFi . The 50 cent wings are decent though.

Food is appealing but unsatisfying. Griddle items are not filling and cakes and flimsy. Coffee is redeeming.

The cashier was very aloof and standoffish. He also didn't ask us if we wanted anything else on our sandwiches but the meat. Strange.

Skip the corned beef . Over-priced and overcooked. Lox sandwich is solid though.

Has potential, but both of our orders are wrong and the fries are not fully cooked. Considering the fries were $4, that's a party foul...

Not the greatest bagel shop , the cream cheese is bad. Go to Breugger's or Einstein's instead.

This place is actually awful. Bring back Kiva Han
