Staff very courteous, cardio machines have HD TVs , and gym is very clean . If you're looking for a trainer , Art Deak is the best.

Just joined because if the great equipment, steam room and nice environment. Most of the gym has been upgraded and they're still going

Ask for Dave, the Fitness Director. It's busy during mornings and after work.

The towels aren't much good for anything besides exfoliating .
