Now that the new 24 hr Super Sport opened up the street this place is a great place to go. No crowds, lots of equipment. A little more rustic , yes, yes, but tons of equipment and a small mellow crowd.
Make sure when your on the treadmill by the window, say hi to the girl next to you w/your breath that kicks higher than Bruce lee

Clean gym , close to BART, but equipment is just so-so. And the bike racks outside suck.

Bring lots of water and motivation because this club tends to be dark and humid.
