Galette with slow-cooked lentils , flavoured with tomato preserve & black olive powder ($16). A family favourite for a plant-based version. Lots of flavours & texture

Galette with Reblochon cheese , ham , baby potatoes , pancetta bacon , pickled onions ($21) makes for a filling meal

Galette with ham & sunny-side up egg , topped with sautéed mushrooms & Comté cheese ($19). Very satisfying & filling
