Great place to raise a family and kids. If you're not doing that here, you're either a sucker for suffering or probably a kid of one of these families.
Wealthy area of south San Jose. Home to Leland, Pioneer high schools . Good place for young families to move to.
Bring a huge amount of cash, and you will be just fine.
