If you wanted to renew your license and all, you should really really be at 720 (best time) I arrived there at 730, and im 33th person and waited for 1 hour just to get my license .

If you want to renew your licence, 12.30 PM is the best time. 15 minutes and you're done.

Parking limited. So get somebody to wait for ya.waiting area (not designated) short place just before parking place and the exit.

I prefer to renew my license here because of the service here is really fast thats all :)

counter JPJ service quite fast,but semua muka bitter gourd.LIMITED parking lot !if you're lucky,you'll found a car park .

Long queue . Still have 45 queue before my turn. The best thing is no lunch break for renew license department from Monday to Thursday.

Can't imagine suddenly off-line .. sad yeah?

You have to be very, very patient here. Not just slow service, but you have to be prepared if the system goes down too. Few unfriendly faces of the staff too.

The first day I came the system kept going offline. 200 ppl in the queue !!! Came again another day. Got here 7.40 was no. 24. Renewed license by 8.20. Oklah
