Come before door opens at 715am and queue up in front of the door! If you want good service make sure you come prepared and put a smile on your face first. Come early while they are still fresh!

Do not come on weekends unless you want to come before 7am. And you can now take your passport photo for free on the spot, so you dont have to go through the hassle of getting it done elsewhere.

They are friendly , fast service and now they have separated the queue according to activity (signboards provided). However, appreciate if documents provided to them in hardcopy can be kept less.

Open on Saturday and Sunday too. But during weekends, only first 100 will be served. Coming 7 o'clock is recommended.

They open on weekend until 1pm. Only 120 tickets available. No express lane for OKU, parent with little children and pensioners on weekend.

Great immigration officers here, everything was settled efficiently and swiftly! Their daily allocated number is 500 daily..

All the staff super friendly so catch up in the morning not afternoon. Hairi and sarah ayu are helpful too. # blessed

Got my passport renewed in less than 1hr when i got here at 7am. And my, what a lovely workers they have here! :)

Maid application - majikan no need to que. Go direct to the number desk and ask for a number. Terbaik ???? only 15 mins to get my approval letter

if you arrived at 8am on a weekday, prepare to wait at least 4 hours for your number to be called to renew your passport !!

For renewal, bring old passport, 2 passport photo & original ic.no need copy of ic.the form has been simplified too.

Passport Dept. opens EVERY saturday & sunday 8am-1pm...except on special public holidays that falls on a weekend.

There's a special counter for pregnant ladies, babies and senior citizens. Thank goodness.

Should come early, suggest as early as 6:30am. They run out of queue no by 8:30am. About 250 queue no issued today.

Permit renewal for maids : Queue for number 30 mins, submit document 5 mins, process document 30 mins. Total hours: I hour 5 mins. Not too bad la.

Park in SACC mall opposite so that you can wait in comfort while your passport is being done!

arrived at 7am, leave with new passport at 845am. fantastic!!

The government can't make the place look more appealing is it? The place looks like it just went through a zombie apocalypse. Not only that, their KIOSK is always out service. Like WTF?

If u are the employer, u can renew ur maid 's permit by cash and waiting time is around 15-30mins

Long q .... Anything related to foreign worker are worst... You got to be there as early as 6 am even though the counter only open at 7.30 am. Need to have better system to overcome this problem.

STupid me....go all the here but was ingFormed by the guard tat today didn"t open due to becoz yday was a public hol!!!

On sunday, even its open @8am pls come as early as 7am or else u will queue a long one..

Even come with filled form n complete docs, nombor giliran ialah the next 1000 from the current no. Zzzzz

Immigration offices opens during weekends from 8am. If only we knew earlier. Its an hour waiting already. 100 more to go.

They are slow. You know why? Because there are 12 counters but only 3 are open.

Can I apply for new maid without Maid Agency?

I had to queue 30mins for a number for permit renewal. Apparently the lady beside me who came much later said she was told she need not queue for a number. Hmmmmph

They are so friendly and helpful !!
