King prawn wontons and vegetable in oyster sauce will set you back less than 50$ - don't let the price fool you, this is amongst the finest noodle places in Hong Kong. I'd return for the broth alone!
"King Prawn Wonton " and "Fresh Minced Fish Ball " are the signatures and they're awesome! (you can get both in the same shot by ordering the 'Three Toppings Noodle ' selection in the menu)
Noodle very crunchy and Q. But alkaline noodle taste is quite strong, affecting the broth a bit. King prawn wanton is a mix of prawn and minced pork . And I prefer the fish balls option.
very big prawn wanton ; very Q noodles ; very tasty 辣椒油; friendliest service staff I've met so far in hk! haven't tried mak's but this is already good for me :)
Excellent Noodle Soups for just 25 HK$. Recommended by the Michelin Restaurant Guide.
Cheap and delicious. My first restaurant in Hong Kong and it felt like I was thrown into the culture when I ate here. 12/10.
Cheap and delicious wantan noodle ! More crowded than Mak's which is across the road ????
Very good quality prawn wonton noodles . Foreigners: add (a lot of) red vinegar to the noodles to enhance the taste
Big & tasty prawns , can really bite on the prawns . Service is good too, may be I was there relatively early at 1130am? The cashier is absent minded though, wrong calculations 2x. Overall, this is good
Fast service , excellent wonton
Big portion ! Cheaper price compared with other famous food in HK.. The prawn wonton is very nice.. A lil bit better than tim Ho wan.. ????Service also good!
Super nice wonton noodles , cheap and big serving .
The broth is sweet! Get the two topping noodle !
Prices are quite affordable . Dishes are cheaper than Mak's noodles next door.
Apart of an incident this time involving a Mainlander eating a strangers leftovers, the food is excellent! The giant fishmeat ball is a must have!
Definitely a must if u like wantons . Do the two or three toppings if you can eat ;)
Come here for wonton noodles (雲吞麵). Although if you're not used to HK the portions might be tiny (but all that means is you can try other local snacks !)
Taste average to me, both wonton noodle and fish ball noodle
Simple. Cheap . Tasty. Delightfully grumpy service. Order as soon as they give you the menu to avoid excessive gesticulations later. Gets crazy busy by 11.30am.
Wontons are amazing. I had the sliced beef and wonton soup
If you order anything other than wonton at this restaurant , you've either been here a million times and you want to try something new or you're missing out on their specialty.
Super cheap but portion is more like a snack than a meal. Very popular tourist stop. Expect lines nowadays!!
The king shrimp wontons in the noodles are a MUST!
The three toppings noodle here is really great if you're indecisive.
Noodles are dull and soggy, wontons are huge - its like American style wonton noodle soup . The place across the street is better and more authentic
Can’t go wrong with the wonton noodle soup
Incredible Prawn Wanton Noodle for HKD22 only...! Michelin 2009, 10, 11 and then 12!!
As compared to Mak's Noodle , the wantons here are much bigger, the noodles nicer & the broth tastier. Having said that the soup was rather salty and the Lye taste was overbearing towards the end
Get the three topping. It is soo good and much tastier than Mak's across the road .
King Prawn Wonton is awesome
Still one of my most favorite wonton place in town .
Very good!!! Must try!!! Friendly staff ..good stuff must go
Prefer this outlet over the queens street one. Usually order the sliced beef soup (sans noodles )
This place is fantastic. Best-in-class wontons by far!
The white ceramic jar you *think* is soy sauce is actually devastating peppers . Food is wonderful though!
Best wanton noodles in HK
Must try the wonton and the fish ball ... No MSG on them but the soup has ... >_<"
The prawn wonton is delicious. Believe the hype
Wonton amazing noodles (the broth was the best part)
Thou serving is larger & less pricey than its opposite competitor - mak's noodle , I prefer the wan ton & soup base from mak's noodle
probably the best in town ????
Wonton noodle soup with your choice of filling. The shrimp was delicious.
Fav wonton noodles in the city .
Personally like only the Prawn Wonton noodles with a plate of vegetables as the verdict for other noodle dishes weren't too good from friends...
Fish ball , beef and pork dumpling , worth to try
Such a great place for wonton soup ! Yummy and cheap !
Good cheap noodles , with stir fry , recommended.
A wonton and noodles soup deles é deliciosa! Especialmente o caldo .
Love their noodle
Really big wontons . Pretty good with 3 prawns inside each wanton . Noodles and soup not the best though.
You just get wonton noodles better anywhere in the world. Wonton & beef tendon noodles pictured. Simply amazing food. Great for a quick snack - Kwok Tang
As good as the beef brisket at Kau Kee????. The stock's key ingredient is large chunks of daikon (large radish), making it lighter and sweeter than in many other beef brisket places. Just love it???????? - Christine
Good food at a good price for Central - nice simple Wonton Noodle - try the afternoon sets which are a great bargain but only on the Chinese menu! - Paul Tchen
Get chirashi bowl at only 60 hk$ from city super - worth every penny with a great taste, freshness and size! - Jen Loong
Cruffin here is da bomb! It is so amazingly fluffy without being greasy. The cream filling inside is fresh and filled up from top to bottom. Changes daily. - Kailey L.
