The Westin Grand Frankfurt

The GYM is amazing, small but usable, Saunas are AWESOME! its close to everything, shopping, trains to everywhere! Fatih in the lounge makes great drinks of all kinds Staff friendly & wunderbar!

High-end hotel with friendly staff and all amenities like a platinum lounge . It has seen better days though, the leather cover behind the bed had already gotten some holes.. (see picture).

A gem. It does needs some facelift and a bit more bright lightening in the rooms but overall it ticks all the boxes. Great location and very helpful concierge & restaurant staff .

Nice hotel location, rooms here are small you better do upgrade to Suite, everything is nearly i like it and price is moderate

Comfortable beds , classic room is big enough for 2. Wellness is free if you stay at the hotel , massages are not included.

The food has been great. Both room service and breakfast buffet . Attention to detail.

Those times are gone. Solid 5 star hotel , but old-fashioned and needs a little paint and renovation.

Nice suite upgrade for Platinum , two story nice space on top floor.

Sit at the bar in the lobby.. Amazing bar master at work.

Horrendous service staff Julia from the. Says she will call back but doesn't even bother keeping on her word. Issue: The latch on my door could not fuction after my 13 hour flight.

They imported the US heavenly showerhead and the room phones, both are crap. Please use german products. Otherwise the hotel is very nice and friendly . Food is fantastic.

Normal typische amerikanische Hotel läuft.

خوش فندق بفرانكفورت

3G/UMTS coverage ist hier ziemlich schlecht, zumindest auf den 2 Zimmern wo ich war. Hotel WiFi kostet 26 Euro/24h - Highspeed. Ein Schelm wer böses dabei denkt... ;)
