in my opinion the best 5 star hotel in Frankfurt and i have stayed in many. Excellent service , friendly staff , and superb location.

The service significantly lacks necessary points. As non-first-timer, it used to be waaay better than nowadays. Only pro is great rooms interior&location. Not sure if I’m ever coming back here though.

Nice, clean hotel . Friendly staff . Direct access to shopping mall . All the shops are within 3 minutes of walk. What else would you need?

It's the European version of Jumeirah. Simple,elegant & a bit old. Don't expect the Jumeirah standards that you find in Dubai ! An obvious difference!+Location is excellent!+ الخلايچة مالين الحِتّة ????!

Excellent location in city centre. Nothing than positive for this Dubai style hotel . Except for the (too) dry air as in many air conditioned buildings where windows cannot be opened.

This is the best hotel location for shopping!! A few meters is myzeil mall and Zeil shopping street is also meters away. It is central.

love turn-down gifts--various kind of l'Occitane product in travel size. good service accordingly five-star standard. the only curious service is turn-down bed arrived near 10pm, isn't it too late?

Beautiful rooms, executive rooms have a remarkable size. Wifi is free and fast for guests. I don't like chain hotels , but the Jumeirah impressed me.

Best turndown service I have ever experienced - cake and oranges as well as leaving ice. The monkeys were even placed on the right pillows .

Nothing quite like the Jumeirah Hospitality ! I was a little skeptical whether they'll have the same top notch service they're famous for in Dubai , Jumeirah certainly never really disappoint!

Wow - one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at.

Very unorganized. Reception, bell and restaurant staff all appear like they're doing it for the first time and discovering processes on the way. Not worth the rates.
