Das typische Sofitel-Problem: tolles Design, 1a Lagen, gute Betten. Aber nachlässige Maintenance. Mängel allerorten. Unmotiviertes und unkoordiniertes Servicepersonal.

A very classical one, the Opernplatz (opera square) is the heart of the city. There's people skating, chilling in cafes and going shopping. Pretty similar to Theater Square in Moscow. - Leo Z.
