Some of the best coffee and my favorite espresso (each is between a double & triple) in the very competitive EV coffee market . I alway get a "shot and a drip to go".

Ben Mackey

They just moved across the road . The space is huge, but the coffee is as delicious and comforting as before.

Rosanna Mortoglou

BEST coffee in New York. Had a cortado , which was so heavenly thick and perfectly balanced. Plus the honey cornbread is epic with the absolute amount of saltness and sweetness.

Kimmie Ohh

To drink, get their cortado , rose almond coffee or kaffe mit schlag (Viennese coffee with whipped cream ). To eat, get the brioche cinnamon bun , olive oil cookies or the lemon cornmeal cake .

Jacob d.Lokalist

Perfect cortado . Great quick lunch -trios of small plates . Plush ricotta fritters and shortbread flavored with cured olive oil are the most distinctive of the creative house-baked goods.

Ashley Chan

Absolutely love the coffee here, as well as their cured olive oil biscuit . Food sells out quickly so come here before the afternoon slump crowd. A number of tables for people to sit and chat.

Ranu Rajkarnikar

Neighborhood spot that never disappoints. Cold brew and cortado are great. Try the olive oil cake or frittata too.

ayeen c.

the best cappuccino i had since italy. i wish we have this in philadelphia. the cortado reminds me of coffee in turkey . i love it with a few spoonful of sugar.

Noah Weiss

A damn good cortado

Allin Graham

The best and I mean the best coffee spot you will find in NYC. I've been to many coffee places in the city and none compare. Try it you'll be addicted☕️ ☕️ ☕️

Ben Mackey

They serve their Cortado in a Gibraltar glass. Definitely the drink of choice - have it to stay with a slice of olive oil cake .

Kevin Skobac

One of my favorite stops. A hole-in-the-wall espresso joint that serves killer espresso drinks & delicious olive oil cake . Not open late , and nowhere to sit, but its everything you want in coffee .

Lydia Y

Excellent coffee . Fast friendly service . I've been here countless times over the years (both this and their old location) and they never disappoint.

Adrian Phillips

The best macchiato I've ever had. Jamie makes incredible coffee . Hang out and enjoy your espresso inside with an egg on brioche . Cash only .

Remember the awesome Toddy Cold Brew system? It’s making delicious brews at this East Village coffee haven, too. Read more

Abraco.. or how to pack the whole East Village in one tiny coffee spot ! Best coffee , great homemade treats, no electronic devices

Jane Katz

cash only- but there's a bodega on 7th & 1st with an ATM that only charges $1.75. Abraco is where you want to come and enjoy the scene, grab a cortado and stand outside sipping

Tasting Table

This tiny Portuguese espresso bar brews up a benny ($3.25)—a hybrid coffee drink similar to a cortado that's served in a tiny mug. The coffee is killer. Read more

Best espresso in nyc. Place is tiny so no seats and usually a short line , especially on weekends. Olive oil coffee cake is totally money too.

Valerie Seckler

Cherry , berry + lots of peach flavor combine in an offbeat brew of Ethiopia Kochere drip coffee . The Counter Culture brew finishes on a cocoa note.

Serious Eats

Pair an olive shortbread cookie with a cortado 's perfect espresso-milk balance and enjoy at the sidewalk standing bar .

Todd Olmstead

Quite simply the best cup of coffee in New York. Get the drip coffe , but take note - this Counter Culture blend packs punch, so try some olive oil cake if you've got an empty stomach.

Lane Rettig

It took ten minutes to get my espresso . I think this place is more about seeing and being seen and standing on sidewalks than about coffee . The olive oil cake was freaking amazing.

Tucker Aust

Super yummy and light egg sandwich . Their olive oil cake was also light and delicious.

Greg Takayama

Best way to know what the weather is in NYC - go to Abraco, get a coffee/latte/cortado. If Coltrane is playing, it's rainy outside.

Phil P

Carrot cake was delicious. Good price point of 3.50. Americano is on the smaller side which provides for better flavour. Great joint

Phil Katz

Expertly pulled espresso and the best olive oil cake in the city . Don't expect to sit and linger, though; there's almost no counter space.

In this cramped space, baristas turn out some of the city ’s best cappuccinos and drip coffee ...try this in the morning, just before work. Read more

Coffee 6.2: This small no table hole in the wall espresso bar in the East Village serves the best coffee in Manhattan. Their olive oil cake is pretty good too.

Dan Hebert

Probably my favorite coffee shop in the city . No laptops. Great coffee . Grab a book and enjoy the vibe

Chet Mancini

One of the best espresso spots in the city . Walk up only really. Grab and go at this East Village must-visit.

Bradley Kay

Tiny European-style espresso bar with room to take your drink outside. Few baristas, so a high average quality. Aims for more Italian style, richer espresso rather than third-wave brighter shots.

DoubleDeuce

Lots of local charm to this place. Not much room to linger, most customers wait outside when it's busy. Definitely worth a stop if you're nearby.

Анна Иванова

This place continually serves quality espresso , delicious lattes , and has unique olive oil delicacies such as the olive oil cake .

Emily K.

Pro move: coffee (cortado !) and olive oil cake .

Anna James

Lattes and cured olive oil cookies are heavenly. Even their cortado and buckwheat cake are amazing.

Amy ????

Don't leave without something to eat—everything is freshly baked in-house. If it's your first time here get the olive oil cake .

Matt Hantz

This place is all about coffee indulgence. For example, they don't have skim milk and the word "abraço" is Portuguese for hug. So, get a rich cup of anything and share it with someone huggable.

Adrien

Olive oil cake and espresso to sip on the outside counter is the perfect way to start a week day

Soeun Lee

Best cortado in the city . Also the olive oil cake is awesome????

Youngna Park

Get a slice of the olive oil cake . Not too sweet, super moist and just divine.

Alexandre Saddi

Best Americano in town . Only downside is they don’t have any non dairy milk . Cash only .

James L

Best cortado ever. Take your lactaid, only moo juice here.

Tina Wong

Tiny and literally a coffee bar , Jamie (proprietor & head barista) cranks out fantastic espresso & coffee drinks. For a snack , must get the cured olive cookie .

Ryan Yu

Great coffee and cake !!! Nice breakfast place, not laptop friendly tho

Betül YILDIZ ????

I love strong coffees ! But this is too strong for me! More than Coffee Birch's. Just think how strong taste they have.

Alexandra Greco

Cortado and olive oil cake are both out of this world! I may travel across the city every day just to get my fix!

Raphael Langenscheidt

The coffee is as strong as a kick in the face, and the olive cake is the delicious apology that makes everything ok.

C. W.

This SRO espresso shop serves the creamiest cappuccino in the city . Be sure to get the olive shortbread if they've made it. Closed on Mondays.

Patrick Baskin

Coffee is so damn good here, small and pricey but worth it if you're looking for some damn good stuff
