Great food in an idyllic setting . The steak was tender and flavorful, the 5-spice foie was surprising with tropical fruits to balance, but the star that night was a special candy cane beet risotto .

Everything we had was tasty, but the Caesar was a winner! Portions are huge so order light or plan to share.

Angela Dumadag

Outstanding Caesar salad , classic preparation, anchovies & all. Delicious short ribs , great cocktails and wine selection , HUGE portions .

Darren Herman

Had the duckling and it was delicious. Only knock is that the waiters were a bit aloof. Lighting could have been dimmed a bunch for ambiance.

Jenny K

Everything we are here was delicious, but the Caesar was my top pick.

Maximum Burger

Had decent huevos rancheros and broccoli soup in an idyllic setting . Waiters could have been more on top of coffee service but still a good experience.

Get the seafood paella ! Also they have huge portions so be aware.

Ulster County Tourism

Warm and inviting farm-to-table restaurant with a farm on site. Located at Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa.

Stick to things that are easy - burger , fried calamari , lobster ravioli . Skip the steaks

Phenomenal Brunch . Jordan is here noiw and his deconstructed Bloody Mary is worth the trip by itself.

Try an entrée with local ingredients like the Canard Confit , as good as in France

Being seated for over an hour, with no sight of our food we inquired as to where it was to be told "it's cooking in the kitchen" once the food came it was cold. I say the service was subpar at best.

I enjoyed the tour, and museum. The grounds are beautiful. I’d recommend bringing something to eat, because they have picnic tables on the property. Tour & museum will take approximately 3 hours - The Traveler
