Staff is amazing, Alison the manager is the sweetest and most helpful. Best way to go is to use the mobile app, you can put your order in, go shopping and just come back to pick it up... NO LINE !!!!

Love this Starbucks. Only complaint is the one barista who is always texting whenever I walk up to place my order. Other than that it's great!

Fraps and coffee ! The orders usually come out quickly. If you want a sweet treat that's not too heavy, try going with the mini size

For a Starbucks it's okay. Definitely better than DD but Gloria Jeans is the favorite in the mall . Staff is good and knowledgeable .

Next time I went here my friend and I ordered the new frap and we both got VERY DIFFERENT drinks. Neither looked like the picture and mine's tasted like caramel & burnt coffee . I suggest the B&N one.

The crete brûlée is the best but seasonal only!

I asked the barista to grind my coffee . The bag tipped over before she closed it and pretended nothing happened.
