Great, friendly staff in one of the few Apple stores in NJ. Always helpful and know what they're talking about. Glad this store is here.
Always looks mobbed, don't be fooled. Mostly employees. You never wait long. Need help with a broken device make an appointment, for shopping or browsing don't be scared off by the crowd.
This Apple Store is always packed. If you need the Genius Bar , make sure to make a reservation first!

Worst customer experience you will ever go through will happen here. This apple store by far has the rudest, cunning and demeaning employees you will ever encounter. This store needs new management.

Decided to get Apple TV and the staff were very helpful, even though it was crazy busy in that store.
Don't ask for help, everyone on the floor are morons! The only help I've ever have gotten was from the "Geniuses", and the managers.
