Amazing place for transit and just a quick shower . Capsules for sleeping are dark and quiet . There's also a rest and reading area which you can make use of ????

They provide free earplugs (along with towel, toothbrush and bottle of water), use them and you will sleep well . Fan might not be an option as it's quite noisy . Free wifi and plug to charge devices

Quite comfortable for a quick night's sleep. Although there is a blind for privacy, it's hard to block the noises from passers by. Thankfully they provided earplugs too. Good touch.

Nice place to rest during layover in KLIA2,comfy&clean. U can choose 3,6 or 12hours stay.

It is super comfy . I love the design! Plus,it near the prayer hall. But the wifi signal is super weak. Overall 8/10

Fine for sleeping a couple of hours at the airport . It was a bit noisy when people moved in and out their spaces.

If you are on transit for 6+ hours , this is a perfect place to rest before you travel on. Always book online in advance!! There is no chance to get a capsule walk in.

Stay by hours: 3, 6, or 12hr. Deposit of RM50 regardless of paid booking , so bring cash! (Major foreign currency accepted) Take the elevator near car parking tower for the quickest access.

Convenient and comfortable hotel for overnight at airport .Washroom need to be maintained to increase the hygiene.

Wifi connection is bad and not a good recommendation if u looking for a quality night sleep. However, they provide all basic amenities that u need and good for sleepover for backpackers.

Just nice to get some sleep if u have an early flight to catch....

The hotel has 3/6/12 hours package. Kinda ok if you have a few hours staying at airport and want to take a break. Hotel booking website only has 12 hours package but still not cheap .

This place is for traveller to get some well deserved rest after long travel. Please at least put up a notice for people to keep quite perhaps? My 'neighbour' rented a room and bring along while famil

I think is okay for the youngster.. for elderly definitely not convenient for them. Ps: very noisy when there’s someone moving in/out.

Check-in very easy. RM50 deposit, RM80 for a 6-hour capsule bed. Toilet very cramped. Air-cond very noisy ... but then again, for 6 hours of rest after a delayed flight, anything is heavenly.

Have a nice stay for early morning flight.

For short stay, 3 - 12 hours. A bit noisy with people walking, talking and door open/ closing.

I delayed my check in time but they said no problem if you stay there locker is free until you check out.

Quite comfortable but may not suitable for light sleepers .will be back :)

i was woken up by the noises when i wrote this.if u r a light sleeper like me,you do not want to sleep here;now i kinda miss a proper room with a door.the rest is okay.would give it an 8.

While family that do not bother to rest. They just climb from compartment to compartment, making noises , crying babies.... come on! This is not this is for! Wonder how the staff just ignore the family

Bring flip flop if u could~ the one they provide is not enough~

For the services that not mention at the beginning of the payment need to paid the deposit rm50 in counter, for environment, still can hear ppl talking and walking, aircon not so cold.

Aircon not cool and the noise level very high, ask for earplugs .

The wifi is weak, the noise of ppl walking by is waking me out every single time and the bed was not comfy .

Ideal for a short nap. Advisable to use earplugs , pretty noisy . Air condition need to be improve.

Air conditioner in my room was not working. I'll be pissed about it if it wasn't for my fever
