The Bravery

It takes courage to do something different. For us, it was to create a space where good food and great coffee can go hand in hand. In a place that is inviting, and from the heart. Where one could come in as a stranger, and leave as a friend. See you soon at the Bravery.

One of my favourite things to do is bring a jacket , sit right underneath the aircon at the windows and have a bowl of sweet porridge . Call me crazy, but you simply can't do this anywhere in SG!

All the tips are on breakfast food ; give the mains a try as well ! Chicken ragu was pretty good, well tossed pasta in fragrant mushroom sauce , chicken chop on top grilled just right.

Jennifer Krinke

Lavender Latte is really different and delicious. Cold brew also delicious. Very spacious with lots of in door seating in Aircon

Cheen The Curious

Shifted from Horne Rd (Lavender ) to Amoy St at the start of 2021. Bigger space, incl a 2nd floor housing a bakery . Serves lunch & dinner too. Source: Sunday Times

A nice cup of long black with raunchy eggs to R & R for the weekend. A good place to sit and read. :) free wifi & free flow ice water with lemon , lime , cucumber slices & mint leaves in it.

zooz q8

halal food ... urban style deco. loved the atmo. the coffee is great and the food too ... I recomend the frenchtoast .

Kit Sunde

This place deserves a much higher rating, staff is friendly and the coffee is great. Ask for the beef ciabatta so they bring it back, it was fantastic.

Naveeshini Nair

Really great place to study, not too crowded even during the weekends.Lavender latte was an interesting drink to try.

Aaron Lewis

Sign-less cafe is a hipster favorite for the industrial décor (raw concrete floors , communal plywood tables and red acrylic-sheet windows), all-day breakfast menu , and lavender-infused lattes . —NYT

The lavender latte is interesting but I'll stick to my usual skinny latte next time. Love the runny yolks from my poached eggs . The Nutella spread for toast is also to die for!!

Lavin

Lavender latte mild with no tinge of slight lavender .raved pancake was normal and pricey at $12 .salmon sandwich with few miserable pieces of salmon . Overall price slightly steep . Will go if nearby

Albert Phua

Delicious breakfast , try the guac & eggs , the Frenchie & chicken arabiatta. Latte is nice too

Chloe Chua

once again really good service and ambience; ordered the banana pancakes and the serving was a very generous one! I would recommend sharing it with a friend etc.

Sammy

Beef steak ciabatta is delish - tender juicy beef beautifully balanced with onion jam , tomato and hint of cilantro . Skip the pancakes .

Special treatment for westerners: locals told that plain water is self-service, yet when the western guy asks for it, it's brought to him. Minor point compared to the food, but must be highlighted.

Ryan Yung

Very unique place. The decor and overall atmosphere is pretty cool. Can see why hipsters would love this place. The service and food though, not so much. A little slow and the food is average.

Beatrice Liu

from the owners of the plain, but i find the coffee above average but not as good a CSH nearby. havent tried the food tho. more pics and details at http://www.eatprayflying.com/bravery-cafe/ :)

Watch what u order, it all adds up ;-) $39 for bfast for 2pax [pancakes $13(!), eggs , toast & turkey bacon $10+, 1 coffee , 1 iced coffee ]

Lisa-Maria Falkner

Best Breakfast ! Good food good drinks and stuff is very friendly .

Grace Lim 林恩慧

Lavender latte , acquired taste. I'll stick to the usual for the time being. Beef sandwich , AMEN!

Pol Gomà Deàs

Good cafe with fast internet and acceptable coffee . Great brunch options and cakes .

Kars Alfrink

Their stack of pancakes is indeed a proper stack. I've had better but wouldn't mind another one. Lavender latte is a bit weird but sort of works. Too bad they don't do pour over coffee .

Ryan Yung

Would I come here to chill on a lazy weekend? Yes. Music is pretty good and love the decor.

Cynthia Gunawan

this place is quite unique because i dont even know which is the entrance as they all looked the same. tried the lavender latte but for me its a miss. better stick to just plain cafe latte .

Tau Herng Lim

Coffee is great (even the non-lavender coffees ), and the chicken avo sandwich is the bomb.

Winnie Hoe

hahaha we completely missed the entrance of this cafe . look out for the door right in the middle!

Sha Md Amsah

Good coffee . Industrialist theme. Friendly baristas . & awesome music playlist! =p

Ahn Bustamante

Simple and industrial. I always order the lavender latte . Great for reading a book and people watching . ????

Rina Ong

Sweet porridge is good. But a little too heavy for brunch . Loving the egg benedicts with smoked salmon !

Sam Starling

A nice spot for breakfast : the porridge , eggs and coffee are all good.

Oleg Levy

Coffee is really good! A nice place to bring your computer to work

Puteri Ummairah

French toast with vanilla ice cream & latte

Benjamin Lim

Pancake stack , albeit pricey + Lavender latte

Victoria

Nice food, great staff , perfect cappuccino !

Drew Graham

Confused service but appetising food and good quality, well made coffee . Hipster from the outside but unpretentious in reality.

Valerie Oon

Great coffee , great crab cake , moroccon jewel was amazing too

Ying Lim

Great service, unpretentious. Yummy pancakes and good coffee .

Nicole Tay

Good service , but I wasn't impressed with the decor, the chicken wrap nor the hot chocolate . I prefer the hot chocolate at the d'good cafe .

Y.shan

Tried their bravery signature..taste was not too bad but a little overprice..coffee wise neutral...I like the environment because it wasn't crowded during lunch hour in weekday..

Sutlej S

A nice place to just sit back, watch people and sip coffee away from the grind of the rat race in Singapore

Ting

Another cafe in the Jalan Besar area to chill out . Cortado is decent at $4.5.

XY T

I like the Flat Whites here but my friend wasn't so fond of his Chamomile Tea which he thought wasn't as fragrant; it smelt rather herbal compared to those he's had elsewhere.

Christoph Hanger

Great coffe and awesome food!

Karen Wee

Try the Lavender Latte . It's awesome!

Nat M

The decor is too haphazard. And some decent chairs would be much appreciated; tall people just cannot sit on milk crates. Crostini 's alright for a snack , though I did find it a tad bland.

Sun G

Only come here to try the lavender latte . Its worth it! Pancakes were a fail !

Tahlia

Cute place pancakes are great

Mag TY

Flat white is good. Nice ambience too

S

Beef sandwich . And I don't leave without having more than one coffee .

Sharon Tan
