For a healthy low carb breakfast , try the three egg white omelet with onion , mushrooms , tomatoes and green peppers . Add broccoli to make it complete.

Had the Virginia ham steak with eggs , home fries and toast . It was ok- basically what I expected from a diner . Coffee was so-so as well , but again what I expected.
The overnight service is the best and the waitress with the electric blue boots is the greatest
