Mesmerizing :) Aga Kapisi spreads over 6 floors, 4 of them turn out to be great terraces with fascinating views over the Bosphorus. This place is a must if you visit Fatih.

The best view over Istanbul. Local spot with great staff , good shishas and cinnamon tea . Go around sunset and you'll be in awe

Very nice view .. Friendly staff .. Good music .. But they have low internet speed and if u sit outdoor the signal will be dying ... Not good narghile

Very friendly stuff ... really! Great hookah . Terrace view is great, but would be even better in a sunny day. For negatives I can say only one thing - a bit noisy .

...but try Kar Serbeti and/or Brownissa Serbeti any time on a hot day. They are both 'bitful' as the locals say (ie. have a strong and delicious flavour).

Nice view of Golden horn and Bosphorous, good quality service that you may not find around. Just to mention about weak menu, rest is very nice ????

Place is beautiful but not foreigner friendly , no English menus and the waiters can't speak English either!!!!!

I used to like this place until I found how disgusting it is. Last week when I went, I found THE COOKS SMOKING IN THE KITCHEN. It's obvious the "restaurant " has no hygiene standards.

Not one of the best neighbourhoods, but cafe has an amazing view of Istanbul ! Good to come for a breakfast or at evening have water pipe!
