The widest selection of finance books of any library in the territory (perhaps with the exception of the Central Library at Causeway Bay ).
Free, nice and quiet . 2F would be for kids 10-11 for adults. Nice view . Great place to study. Wifi free for 120minutes
I've always found that they have a decent selection of English books . Even uncommon titles can be found.
Dated building. Only one small toilet on 2/F. There is a basic law library with extensive foreign law materials on 5/F
Nice view . Entrance on the third floor. The lift takes a long time.
Reading room is on level 9. No power outlets .
Only open from noon on Thursdays, and free wifi works only during opening hours!
