This park is a relative newcomer, and a welcome one. It has a massive playground complex, canals and waterfront views , and is well connected.
Pretty well kept secret, an awesome Park with place for children to play and adults to just sun tan . Real nice walking area, a bit loud with the boats and air horn, but lovely views ...
A bit of a hidden jewel by the MoS. A pedestrian bridge connects it to Paul Revere Park (by way of a plaza beneath the Zakim!) for easy access to Charlestown & the North End. Plus: space for kayaking !
Plenty of wide, wide open space that is seldom crowded , making it ideal for an impromptu informal wiffle ball game .
Shhh! Keep it a secret. Nice quiet spot in the city to escape.
Summer time - the sprinklers are great for kids!
Great park with great views .
Have always loved paddling around this! Look for the dragon boats!
Watching movies hosted by EF is great!
There is a dog water fountain in the playground
Great for eating lunch outside! Even on a hot day, there are plenty of benches and tables in the shade. - Eric Andersen
Gem of a park, great baseball/softball diamond, nice basketball courts and about a 400m path surrounding it. - Jeff D.
A pleasant park with a decent playground and good open lawn space, just over the Charles River Dam from Boston proper. - Bikabout
So many different types of things to keep the kids entertained! Butterflies were really cool too - Eric Werthner
Easily one of the coolest little nook or cranny around Boston. Come at night to be dazzled by the lighting and reflections in the water. Incredible views of the Zakim Bridge. - A.P. Blake
