This park is a relative newcomer, and a welcome one. It has a massive playground complex, canals and waterfront views , and is well connected.
Pretty well kept secret, an awesome Park with place for children to play and adults to just sun tan . Real nice walking area, a bit loud with the boats and air horn, but lovely views ...
A bit of a hidden jewel by the MoS. A pedestrian bridge connects it to Paul Revere Park (by way of a plaza beneath the Zakim!) for easy access to Charlestown & the North End. Plus: space for kayaking !
Plenty of wide, wide open space that is seldom crowded , making it ideal for an impromptu informal wiffle ball game .
Shhh! Keep it a secret. Nice quiet spot in the city to escape.
