Great coffee . As the name implies, try a siphon brewed cup while you're here. If you've never tried one before it's a treat. Tacos are good. Empanadas are great. Baked goods taste fresh. Service is ????

The siphon for 2 is big enough for 3 people. It's delicious and the consistency is tea like. I recommend the Ethiopian blend . The lemon tart and caramels are AMAZING.

Some of the better local coffee you can find in Houston. Great playlist of indie and classic rock with ample indoor and outdoor seating as well . Just a short walk Rothko and Menil too.

Atmosphere is great and staff are very friendly . I'm primarily an espresso/macchiato drinker. Theirs are excellent. Nice value add was that the drink was presented with an extra shot.

The siphons are great and not really offered anywhere else in Houston. Espresso is above average but the milk technique is definitely sub-par. If you're hungry, the breakfast tacos are delicious.

A spot with a lot to offer-great coffee , comfy indoor and outdoor seating , and decent parking . You'll find a seat, but beware it's just packed all the time!

Siphon is a tad lighter than an espresso . They use Mill-King milk , which is some of the best milk out there. Try the chocolate chip and sea salt cookie !

The chai is poo.  Try the "Ham & Brie Panini ".  Ask them to warm your (Salty) Chocolate Chip Cookie .  Wifi finally works - password is "sifiwifi"

Great breakfast tacos . Espresso drinks are mostly good depending on baristas. The siphon thing seems a tad gimmicky, but at least it looks cool.

Great service and greater coffee . Only let down by the campers on their laptops using the free wifi and taking up all the seating!

Yea it's meh! Cool gadgets but the siphon coffee is super light. Better off watching how it's made than getting your own. Food is descent. Napkin game is strong.
